LOVE FOR BEGINNERS // 情書

My dearest,

It feels like an early summer. Songkran is a month away but already the days are sweltering. We take showers more often now, cold ones. Simply heading out for some takeaway feels like a walk in the desert but who wants to be cooking in a hot kitchen?

Yet.

By sharing our trials and our complaints, miles away from each other, we are calmed and cooled down, not by a change in the weather, but by a respite from the heat of the day when we listen to each other and are heard in turn.

No summer or winter could fry us or chill us to the bone when we have each other to turn to.

Yours, ever and always.
