My dearest,
Yesterday was a miracle of efficiency and masterful planning, down to the second. (Or, another normal day for your beloved husband.)
I had good coffee in the morning, a strong leg workout, tasty dosa for carbs to refuel after training, started and completed an article during my flight, waltzed through immigration smoothly, transferred from the airport rail link to the MRT with ease, freshened up at our apartment and met you for dinner at Zaab (their signature Thai noodles is, as we put it, yum-azing!) and slept like a baby.
Is it any wonder I am so full of energy today? More gym later at Amarin, a late lunch at Central Embassy, more coffee while working, then dinner with you. How often am I this truly excited for my day?
The answer ought to be more often.
And we shall make it so. The sense of ease I feel, the joy of forgetting and letting go. Laughter. Those beautiful violet flowers blooming on the tree by the Ivy Ampio guardhouse. You, me and our life together.
Is it any wonder I am truly excited for every single one of our days?
Yours, ever and always.
